The sun is shining bright, the sky is a perfect blue and the temperature super hot! Impossible not to wake up with a smile! Music blasting from my windows, I started my day with an intense training session at home. I enjoy training on days like these, especially in the morning! I feel so energized after and ready to take on the world! It’s simply a feel good day :) We all have our good and bad days. Days where we question everything; our careers, our feelings, our relationships, our future and our dreams… Days were we feel like we don’t know where we are heading and would need a crystal ball to know what the future holds for us… And days, where we let go of all that stress, let life happen on its own, be happy, be positive and trust in our destiny! Today is one of those days :)
With the beautiful weather, I couldn’t wait to wear my new Supa Sundays sunglasses! I got them at the boutique Editorial, my new favorite shopping spot! I really love the round cateye that creates a bold profile as well as the matte metal frame for its sharpness. And, the purple and green mirrored lenses just take them to another level! They are so cool and bold :) Don’t you think? Even though they are modern, the shades have a 70’s feeling to them and I found they would match well with the crochet top and my mom’s vintage gold belt. She used to wear that belt when she was in her twenties and I decided to make it mine a few years ago! I have a thing for my mom’s vintage pieces and every year I steal one... or a few :) I was going from one place to the other on my day off and I needed to be comfortable! Easy to wear, the maxi skirt was ideal! For bags and shoes, I opted for a beige tote because a woman needs a big bag on days like those to throw everything in and flats for their comfort. Yet, I chose the leopard print ones, since I was feeling a bit feline with the sunnies!
Off to happy hour with friends :) Cheers to terrace season!
