In today’s post you will find one of my low-key looks. One that I came up with when I had a day off and just needed to be ultra comfortable. No dresses… No skirts... No heels… Because who can be dressed to the nines 24/7? I know I can’t! And there is nothing like leggings to attain that relaxed feel. Fashion “faux pas”? Maybe! They might be far from the trendiest item to own, but leggings sure are the comfiest :) I am certain you all have at least one in your wardrobe… if not five ;) I try to find cute and hip pairs though and this velvety one is my favourite of the moment. The fabric is super soft and the baroque design adds dimension to that simple piece. Paired it with a black sweater to keep it neutral and the olive button-down midi dress, that I enjoy wearing on it’s own in the summer or as an open button vest. And since it’s still cold in Montreal and I’ve had my dose of big winter coats, layering is the best option to stay warm. That’s when the leather jacket comes in! I found the rich burgundy colour brought some warmth to the colder tones and the distressed rocker effect a cool vibe to the casual look. As you might have noticed, those are all items you have already seen in past posts but combined in a different way! The power of mix and matching: endless options and looks!
In the next upcoming weeks I will be collaborating with new brands, working on new fashion projects, introducing inspiring people as well as participating in fundraising events that are close to my heart. I am looking forward to sharing these moments with you and hope you will enjoy them as much as I do! Stay tuned :)
Spring is here and Griffé Natalie is blooming!
